1. Imagine you are already there, your dream has already come true. What would you do? What would you think? How would you feel? Enjoy exploring your dream and once you have a clear vision, move to the step two.
2. Ask yourself “Do I believe that I can make my dream reality?”. Observe your thoughts that are coming up. Observe how your body reacts to these thoughts. Write down your experiences before moving to step three.
3. Become aware of your thoughts that came up earlier. Remember that these are just thoughts and thoughts can be changed. Explore how these thoughts affect in your life. Ask yourself if these thoughts are supporting your efforts to reach your dream – if not; try to find thoughts that would support your journey towards your dream.
The challenge for May is to spend a couple of minutes every morning visualizing your dream. This will help you to make your dream more real and it motivates you to move forward with anticipation, expectancy and hope. It will create courage, excitement and strengthens your belief that you can reach your dream.
