When I listened to one of my favorite singers Rihanna's song "We Found Love", it gave me inspiration for this month's newsletter, because her question "What it takes to come alive?" jumped out of context. I feel very alive right now. I just completed a wonderful 5-day Spiritual Psychology Laboratory at the University of Santa Monica. It was an eye opening experience that I'm still digesting...
I want to share with you my answers and encourage you to think what it takes for you to really come alive.
Purpose. Since I was a teenager, I believed that I have a purpose. It kept me going through challenging times, but it took me years to have the courage to step on this path. Now I have gained clarity about my mission here and even got a confirmation about it through a Soul Plan Reading. My purpose keeps my fire burning!
Expansion. When I keep expanding the limits of my comfort zone, I'm feeling nervous and excited at the same time. I have learned to feel the fear and do it anyway! As an example I can share that I was a very shy child, I dreaded school presentations, but now I want to share my healing story and my message with the world. Expansion brings me challenge and freedom.
Love. There were moments when I wasn't loving myself or my life, but the spark of purpose kept me going and expansion challenged me to keep learning. I shared some of the ways how I learned to love myself again on my fictional trilogy. Through Love I managed to turn my negative inner dialogue to positive, I started to see beauty in life. I feel love and compassion towards myself and others. They say that time heals wounds, but I believe that it is Love that cures! Love is my oxygen.
“Don’t ask what the world needs, ask what makes you come alive and go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” ~Howard Thurman
Take a moment to ponder what your answer might be.
We are here for a reason and once we find what makes us come alive and align ourselves accordingly, we feel happiness. Our life starts to make sense! It's not any more the same old, same old, every day is embraced with love, gratitude and excitement. We will sees the day!
