Now I’m sitting on the patio and digesting the celebration weekend. I’m aware of the gratitude in my heart while I'm listening to crickets who are having their evening concert nearby. I might be surrounded by darkness but I feel peaceful as I know that the Light conquers the darkness. During my final practicum before the graduation, my Teacher told me a beautiful metaphor that I want to share with you. She said that if you open a door between two rooms - one is full of Light and another one is full of darkness - the darkness will not flow out into the Light, it is the Light that illuminates the darkness. Light is more powerful than darkness.
We all were born with a beautiful Light within us. Some of us, me included, had to go through some challenging events in our lives. In the past I allowed those moments to define me, I created stories and believed in them. These stories kept me small and they kept me suffering. Maybe you have also bought into the misbelief that you are not a Lightbearer but it’s not true!
Whatever you might have gone through, the Light has never left you, not even during your darkest moment. Your mind might have tricked you to see the world through dimmed glasses but your beautiful Light is still there. It’s ready to shine as soon as you are willing to update your beliefs and stories. You are the only one who can do it! No one can take the stories away from you until you’re ready to let go. The good news is that it is possible! You can choose to sacrifice those stories and walk free again! You can enjoy life without suffering!
Start focusing to see your own Light and allow it to shine!! My dear, you are meant to shine!
