The word may is full of gentle power. It whispers of possibility, of opening, of potential waiting to be realized.

May can mean:
— something is uncertain… yet hopeful
— something is allowed
— something is possible

Interestingly, on May 6th, 1954, Roger Bannister did something the world believed was impossible — he became the first person to run a mile in under four minutes. Until that moment, it was widely considered a human limit.

His story reminds us that the boundaries we believe in often exist only in the mind. And that breakthrough is always closer than we think.

So this month, I invite you to pause and ask:
– What may be possible for me now?
– What may shift if I release what no longer serves?
– What may emerge if I say yes to what’s calling me?

This month also holds one especially meaningful moment for me — the official launch of my new book Your Spiritual Curriculum: 5 Steps to Make Peace with Your Past and Transform Your Future on May 6th!

It’s a heartfelt offering for anyone who’s ever felt held back by their past and is seeking a new way forward — one that’s filled with compassion, clarity, and Soul wisdom. Stay tuned for more!
