Oh my goodness, it was so lovely to fly again.
It has been more than one and half years since my last trip and that was a long time for a traveler like me. I got an intuitive message to travel now to my homeland Finland and I followed it.
Traveling did feel different during these extraordinary times but my favorite moment was still there. The moment when a plane lifts off the ground. I just love that feeling.
As the plane takes off and climbs, it burns the most fuel. Did you know that?
In my experience, it’s the same thing with our creations.
Usually, it takes time and energy to give birth to an idea.
Sometimes it can also feel overwhelming as there might be so many things to do. I have been observing this as I’m creating something new for September. I am putting time, energy, and effort into my creation.
One of the things I have noticed that works well for me is to create bite-size pieces as Mark Twain guided:
“The secret of getting ahead is getting started. The secret of getting started is breaking your complex overwhelming tasks into smaller manageable tasks, and then starting on the first one.”
Also, when you are creating, you need to be strong in your belief as others can’t yet see what you can. You need to trust that it’s possible! There is another famous quote from Henry Ford that I want to share with you:
“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right,”
What are you saying to yourself? Pay attention.
If there was a sentence that could support you when you are creating, what could it be? Please comment below and share it with me!
