There are moments when things want to move.

Decisions want to be made. Actions want to be taken. What may have felt slow, uncertain, or tentative suddenly asks for commitment.

This kind of momentum doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from deciding what matters and moving in that direction consistently.

I was reminded of this very personally recently.

Last month I filmed and launched my new Finnish podcast, Elämän Oppikoulu (Earth School). It required focus, follow-through, and showing up fully. And in the process, something familiar surfaced.

As I was preparing to step into the studio, an old story came to visit me:
“I’m not good enough.”

It wasn’t loud or dramatic. It was familiar. Quiet. And very convincing.

I could feel how easily that story could have delayed things, dimmed my presence, or kept me from fully showing up. So I paused and rewrote it — consciously. Not by fighting it, but by choosing an empowering story to lead from.

That shift supported to change my state.
And that change made action available.

This is an important point.

I was reminded of this again while participating in Tony RobbinsTime to Rise Summit, where he emphasized three essentials that always work together:

State. Story. Strategy.

So often, we focus on strategy.
But strategy won’t work if your state doesn’t support action.
And it won’t last if your story quietly pulls you back.

Your story shapes what you believe is possible.
Your state determines whether you move or hesitate.

This is where massive action actually begins.

Massive action doesn’t require certainty.
It requires ownership.

Often, the thing that holds us back is not a lack of skill, resources, or opportunity — but a story that no longer fits who we are becoming.

When that story is seen clearly and rewritten, movement becomes natural.

Reflection Prompt

What story might still be holding you back from living the life, success, or impact you know you’re here for?

And if that story were rewritten, what action would become obvious?

Intention

To notice the stories I tell myself and choose meanings that support my growth.

Affirmation

I am choosing to take massive action with clarity and confidence.
